18th EDITION OF THE HR COURSE - "HUMAN, TECHNOLOGY, ECOLOGY"
On November 18, 2021 (at 9:00 a.m.), the 18th edition of the conference organized by the Progres Group - HR Course begins. The theme will be the slogan "Man, technology, ecology", that is, focus on the role of man in creating the labor market of the future. However, responsible and ethical behavior is necessary, taking care of the climate and making friends with ecology, but also with new technologies. How can this be done? 18th Course on HR
The past year has been very dynamic. Many of us faced obstacles that often determined the future of the company, organization or institution, as well as their employees. Today we are stronger than a dozen or so months ago and we are ready for new challenges, and there are many of them.
The event - online - will create a space for talks about:
- ecological trends in the HR world
- responsible and thoughtful CSR activities
- teams created by people and bots
- failure that can be turned into success
- the fashion for change of industry
- working time and its valuation
- social diversity constituting the future of business, science and local government
Participants of the event will be able to listen to substantive discussions and lectures by experts, the group of which includes, among others Aleksandra Kubicka (SentiOne), Damian Kupczyk (Czepczyński Family Foundation), Jarek Łojewski (Dobra Porażka Foundation), Sylwia Molewska (Ecol Group), Piotr Sedlak (Sedlak & Sedlak), Anna Zadurska-Gołaszewska (Lemon Tree).
The honorary patron of the event is, among others Mayor of the City of Gdańsk - Ms Aleksandra Dulkiewicz, Czepczyński Family Foundation and the Dobra Porażka Foundation.
