Benefits of using the OGNIVO system
Considerations about the OGNIVO system should begin with explaining the principles of functioning of the issue in question. OGNIVO enables the exchange of information between banks and other entities to which the law grants the possibility of obtaining secret information (e.g. the exchange of information between a court bailiff and a bank regarding the search for bank accounts of debtors). Such an exchange is performed electronically, which significantly improves the process, especially in terms of the speed of information obtained.
How does OGNIVO work?
It is worth noting that OGNIVO is nothing but an application. For such an application, bailiffs send inquiries about debtors with a secure electronic signature. Then, such a sent inquiry is received automatically and verified, and then the bailiff is answered.
