Congress of Internal Control, Internal Audit, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud

The Polish Institute of Internal Control and the Krakow Academy of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski is invited to the last Thursday and Friday of September (September 26-27, 2019) to Krakow for the XVIII International Congress of Internal Control, Internal Audit, Anticorruption and Combating Fraud. This time, Polish and foreign experts will share their experiences and knowledge on:

• Cybersecurity,

• Ethics,

• Governance,

• Personal data protection in the context of GDPR requirements,

• Anti-corruption systems and tools,

• Anti-fraud systems and tools,

• Whistleblowing,

• Risk Management.

The regulars of the Congress emphasize its unique character: it is the only event of this nature in Poland, where you can learn about the most important changes, achievements and problems of individual areas. Those who participate in the Congress for the first time declare their participation in the next one, because: yesterday's effective methods and "defense mechanisms" may not work today, and the world is more and more dynamic, criminals are determined and smarter. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly exchange experiences and knowledge on the problems, challenges and perspectives faced by members of management boards and supervisors, auditors, internal controllers, specialists in corporate risk management, prevention and detection of economic fraud and corruption, governance and compliance at the international level.
